Stand Up Paddle or SUP is an exciting sport and is the perfect whole body and core work-out. Stand Up Paddling improves balance and co-ordination, strength, is stress reducing and invigorating. 

For this season we will have 3 different Stand Up Paddle distances. The Stand Up Paddle events are split into categories based on the type of board you’re paddling.

All categories will be timed with their results recorded.

Event Safety and Rules

For your own safety and enjoyment, it is compulsory for all participants to attend their event Safety Briefing each week. The Safety Briefing for all SUP categories will take place at 6.20pm on the Orewa Reserve. Event Rules and Safety Guidelines can be found printed on a board on Orewa Reserve at the event each week, and you can also read them HERE.
